ADG Begins Work with New National Client
The start of 2012 was a busy and exciting one here at ADG. We are pleased to begin our work with the Association of Contingency Planners (ACP), another national client and the premier organization for business continuity professionals. ACP came to us looking to increase membership, build stronger communication systems, and support organizational planning.
With 43 chapters and more than 2,450 members, ACP is the unifying force in defining and leading the continuously evolving fields of business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency response. To support its valuable network, which advances and develops members, ACP provides progressive programs, workshops, and symposiums. For more information, visit ACP's website, designed by our Communications and Design team, at www.acp-international.com.
The Association of Contingency Planners is a powerful network of professionals. The commitment we have seen by its members is a very positive indication of what our partnership will lead to: great energy, ideas and growth. We are thrilled to be a part of it.
To serve the Association's national membership, we are currently working with ACP leaders on building communication systems and a strong infrastructure. In addition to redeveloping and redesigning the organization's website and database system, we began our engagement with the development and execution of a national membership survey. With leadership training a central focus, Michael Thompson and I presented on the survey findings and chapter leadership at the ACP National Leadership Conference this past weekend in Tampa, Florida.
