Dianne Patterson is a highly experienced and award-winning member of the association management field. Her experience includes association management; event planning and administration; program development; and media relations. She has received four awards for her articles in magazines and newsletters. She has served as Managing Director of the Professional Insurance Agents Associations of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and New Hampshire (PIA) and the Insurance Brokers’ Association of New York. As Director of PIA’s Resource Center, she directly contributed to increases in membership and the department earned ESSAE’s Award of Excellence in its first year. Dianne earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2001.

Dianne is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Brockport, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism. She is a former member of the American Society of Association Executives; former Board Member of the Capital Region Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and the American Women in Radio and Television, Albany Chapter; and Past President of the International Association of Business Communicators of Northeastern New York.
