Kim Tiberia joined the Association Development Group, Inc. (ADG) in 2006 as Association Manager. Kim works with statewide professional trade associations to support effective communications, manage association programs and campaigns, perform financial management, and to carry out the strategic direction of ADG clients.
Before joining ADG, Kim spent many years in corporate travel management after earning her degree in Travel and Tourism. Her most recent position was that of Director of Meetings and Events for a nationally ranked travel management company. In this newly created executive management position, Kim implemented policies and procedures for her 10-person staff, contributing to the success of more than 300 meetings and events annually for a host of clients. Prior to this, Kim held positions as Regional Sales Manager and General Manager where she was responsible for the development and implementation of efficient and economical corporate travel programs.
Kim also spent time in the biotech industry where she held management roles in the company’s travel, business development and operations departments.
Kim is an active member of the Empire State Society for Association Executives (ESSAE).
