Michael began work with ADG in 2006 after 12 years of experience in the non-profit world.  He previously served as a director and leadership trainer for multiple college campuses with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF) including Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Russell Sage, Union, Skidmore, and Vassar colleges.  Michael developed and directed conferences for the New York/New Jersey region to mentor students in their careers by engaging them with top professionals from academia, business and even the White House. His interest in working with organizations grew out of his college experience where he forged a network between local leaders, campus officials, and on-campus groups representing over 1,000 students.

Currently, Michael is on the Board of the Rensselaer Land Trust (RLT) and serves as their Communications Chair. He is also an Alumni Ambassador for Cornell University and a member of the Cornell Club of the Greater Capital District (CCGCD). Michael is also a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) and active locally in Odyssey of the Mind.

Michael possesses a diverse set of interests and skills.  He graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Physics and a minor in Astronomy. Michael now lives in Brunswick where he and his children avidly pursue their interests in instrumental music.
